so finally here's the recap--we worked off of a grey+pink+yellow scheme, subtle polka-dot theme (without being too theme-y) and wanted lots of crafted details. So that's what we did. It was low key and we just played at the pool and picnic-ed on saturday! lots of fun. we still cannot believe this little gal is ONE.

menu included:
-mimi's famous chicken salad sandwiches and auntie ash's famous pimento cheese sandwiches cut into hearts on wheat!
-ash's yum spinach dip w/ pita chips and veggies
-adams yum homeade salsa
-7 layer dip
-the cakes, meryl's lil cake was chocolate w/ cream cheese frosting
the big cake for everyone else, aunt vanessa's yum white almond cake w/ raspberry filling and almond cream cheese frosting
-M cookies, my aunt Betty's recipe they are the BEST and FLUFFIEST!
