back and back

hi there...took a slight break from blog-land for the past month+ (reading and blogging). too much going on! and NOW, so ready to get back in the groove. social media is so much fun! but OH-so distracting! in the meantime, we adjusted a few slight things on the blog-what do we think?

also made it back from nyc last week. such a great and productive trip! I have never been so thankful for my sweet and supportive hubs-he is the greatest. And missed my baby girl so MUCH. AND--so thankful to be in a career I love so much. This was such a great reminder of why I do the crazy Momma juggle. Balancing family+life+work gets so nutty and overwhelming sometimes. This trip was a good reminder that I SO love what I'm doing in life and feel lucky to be in this exact spot.

so...a HUGE highlight of the trip was meeting up with these cool girls, in nolita one evening. (thx steph!) you must go check out their site and blog. so many great ideas from these two. we all have similar goals in that we love people and love fashion. Moni has been around the block-from TX, having lived in BKLYN 10 yrs- she has worked w/ Lucky, Barneys and now, runs her own show (just opened her new shop in Brooklyn!) Anyway-so inspiring, you will for sure hear much more about this! (and the rest of nyc too)
